The Vapor Foam Kit is strictly For Vapor Apparel production. Vapor performance fabric is more reactive under heat (from the heat press) compared to cotton or cotton poly blends. This Foam Kit helps to overcome this. It is important to note you must follow the instructions in order to achieve the proper results.

The Foam Kit by Vapor Apparel helps prevent press and paper lines caused during the transfer process during sublimation printing. Using the Vapor tested foam adds a layer of cushioning in between your press plates allowing the edges of your transfer paper to float off the edge of your garment.

Keeping your heat press platen clean is very important. It not only extends the life of your heat platen but also stops the dirty platen from transferring stains to your shirts, tote bags, etc. Won't pit or scratch metal surfaces.

Digital Pyrometer & Surface Probe Kit The Digital Knight Pyrometer & Surface Probe Kit provides the absolute best possible surface temperature sensor available in the world today. Use this device to check your heat press, old or new.

This highly accurate Digital Pyrometer (Temperature Sensor) and K-Type surface probe thermocouple provide exact measurements of surface temperature based on contact, NOT based on infrared readings.

After many years of frustration over customers getting incorrect temperature readings from IR Laser Gun temperature probes, we decided to make the same surface probes we use available to the public at a greatly reduced cost (normally $200-$300). The IR temp guns do not get accurate readings from Aluminum Platens, due to the completely different Emistivity (radiating) characteristics of aluminum. With non-Teflon coated aluminum heat platens, an IR Gun reading of 100-150 degrees less than the actual platen temperature is not uncommon.

With the surface probe, fast, highly accurate readings of the heat platen surface are immediately available, letting you know just where your heat platen is and what it is doing... Thereby reducing wasted product and time!

The TDZ-Cut 2 is a high productivity carousel dispenser which automatically cuts and places a predetermined length of tape on a rotating carousel for maximum singular or multiple operator efficiency. This unit accepts tape widths from 0.125" to 0.98" (3 - 25 mm) and cuts lengths from 0.51" - 2.36" (13 - 60 mm). The TDZ-Cut 2 allows up to 20 pieces of tape to be cut at the press of a button. Used with One Step Opaque transfers (ie: Jet-Opaque, 3G Jet-Opaque & Laser 1 Opaque). Also used when curing direct garment printed shirts "DTG Printing". This Silicone Parchment Paper is coated on both sides for maximum yield. This paper is needed in order to complete the transfer process for the transfer paper mentioned above.

We offer it in a roll to give you better value and you don't have to worry about running out of a pre-cut size!

Leaves a matt finish and protects the heat press as well. It's good for a few repeated uses (per side) on "Jet-Opaque" transfers and only one time use (per side) on "Laser 1 Opaque" transfers.

Please note: This parchment paper is not to be used in place of Teflon Sheet protector. A Teflon sheet protector is for repeated long lasting stain protection for your heat press and using it would leave an undesirable temporary gloss finish on the transfer. Furthermore, the gloss finish will become uneven on the first wash. For a permanent gloss finish see the "TRANSGLOSS" heat transfer paper.

The aluminum plate puck is 7/8" thick; 4.5" round, yielding 4.25" imaging area for 7.5"-8" plates. It is used to decorate sublimation plates with swing-away heat presses and *some clamshell heat presses. The plate puck is ideal to convert your flat swing-away heat press into a plate press and doesn't require any other additional equipment or attachments.

The plate puck has a high quality heat conductive rubber that allows it to overcome the raised area inside the plates center, allowing for even image transfer.

Caps are flawlessly printed with a curved heater block and curved bottom form with a special cap stretching device.

Memo cubes are properly clamped and pressed in the cube fixture. Images are successfully pressed around the cubes' sides for a continuous image wrap.

The full wrap mug attachment for the Digital Combo uses the same exact super-robust heater band & pressure adjustment as the DK3. All standard cylindrical sublimatable items can be pressed on the Full Wrap Mug Attachment as are done on the DK3. The Digital Combo press controls the temperature and serves as a timer for this instant plug-in attachment!

The half mug attachment flawlessly prints with a curved heater block and the mug is properly clamped and pressed in the mug fixture. Mug must be turned and wrapped again for full imprinting.
