The Astex 7500CE is available with a roll-to-roll option, making it the perfect machine for sublimation printers that need the flexibility to print full coverage, spot printing, and roll to roll.

Even temperature is maintained across the width of the heated drum with three zone heat control. The large 24" diameter drum assures high production capabilities. The continuous belt feed system permits any length of printed fabric. A paper separation system eliminates any possibility of "seconds" due to "ghosting", and the automatic blotting tissue system prevents dye contamination caused from over printing. The Astex 7500CE is the ideal machine for Quick Response manufacturing.

Features:

• Large 24" electrically heated drum featuring three-zone heat control with digital displays
• Teflon input conveyor for loading of cut parts on top of larger sheets of sublimation transfer paper
• Air separation blades which guide printed parts away from used transfer paper. Used paper is disposed under the front of the machine. Printed parts are moved to an exit cooling conveyor
which delivers the product to the rear of the machine
• High temperature Nomex belt encircling the heated drum to assure positive pressure and heat transfer. Includes adjustable pneumatic tension (pressure) system
• Pneumatic tracking system to accurately maintain positioning of Nomex belt
• Variable speed control (14 feet/min @20 sec dwell time), with digital display in ft/min or m/min
• Quick release roller system for easy Nomex belt changes
• Adjustable tension controls on unwind and rewind devices


ASTEX SAFETY SYSTEM:

• Safety devices are incorporated into the Nomex belt alignment system to stop the machine and prevent damage to the Nomex belt should a malfunction in an air line or component occur causing the air pressure to fall below 40 pounds per square inch
• An automatic cool-down timer will run the machine after each shift in order to bring the heated drum down to room temperature and prevent Nomex belt damage. The internal, adjustable timer allows the cool down period to be set from 0 to 60 minutes
• Two stage tracking sensors realign the Nomex belt as it travels from one side to the other. In the event of over travel from one side or the other, the tracking sensor will automatically stop the machine. The start button is then pressed to restart the machine and realign the Nomex belt
