The CA1000 Carousel Heat Transfer Press with 4, 6, or 8 independently controlled pressing stations. Standard platen size is 16”x20” making this an ideal machine for t-shirts, however other platen sizes are available. Operation by foot pedal or automatic mode with programmable index time. The CA1000 is CE certified and will meet or exceed worldwide safety and efficiency standards.
The CA1000 Carousel features six of the AIT 1350PM heat press heads with the added feature of the bottom plate extending out of the machine for loading and unloading. Each of these heat presses feature the unique Mica Matte heating system for the exacting demands of heat control required by dye-sub printing.
The control system is extremely flexible. In the automatic mode the rotation speed can be set from 2 seconds to 60 seconds, and the machine will operate continuously until an E-stop is hit at the loading station. In the manual mode, the rotation is actuated by the operator with a foot pedal. The direct drive system utilizes a large AC inverter motor with a gearbox. There are no chains or sprockets.
Time, temperature and pressure is set individually on each of the six press heads. The standard carousel has interchangeable 16”x20” heated heads and bottom platens. Special size plates are available for both top and bottom plates. For example, small shirt sizes are best accommodated with an 12”x16” bottom plate. The top and bottom plates can be removed and replaced in less than 5 minutes with our “quick change” system.
Actual customer reported production is 8,000 T-shirts per day using 3 operators, a dwell time of 15 seconds and a rotation speed of 3 seconds.

From the beginning you will notice the difference. More than 30 years experience manufacturing rotary heat presses has allowed us to refine the design and add the extra features that will have you up and running quickly.
Upon receipt of the machine - Fork lift loops allow the machine to be safely removed from the enclosed crate. Four sturdy casters allow the machine to be easily maneuvered into position.
Start-up of production – Three drop-in cradles allow one person to pick up and position the transfer paper, fabric and blotting tissue (when required). The transfer paper is located directly above the entrance into the machine, allowing gravity to help feed straight and evenly. In the case of uneven selvage tension on the transfer paper roll, the transfer paper adjuster bar is used to equalize the tension in order to track the paper in a straight path. Unwind tension is adjustable with mechanical tension applied by tapered cones.
The fabric is pulled straight up and through an “S” wrap bar that applies additional tension to the fabric. From the “S” wrap, the fabric travels over an adjustable roller to ensure a straight path into the entrance of the machine.
Rewinding of transfer paper and the printed fabric – Most importantly, the paper and fabric exits on the back side of the machine for easy access to the materials and their corresponding rewinds. Rods and cones are used to support the rolls, but the mounts are designed for one person to be able to both remove finished rolls and drop in empty rods and cores. A mechanical clutch and individual speed controls and used to control tension.
Model 7300IJ is CE certified which guarantees it to meet or exceed safety standards throughout the world.

Features include laser light positioning system and independent top and bottom heat controls. Safety features include operation by two-button close, and a head safety device. Also available in automatic version with foot pedal operation. (Model 1220PA)
The A.I.T. 1211PA Automatic Heat Seal Label Press is a pneumatically operated heat press especially suited for the automatic application of small transfers (flock , flex, thermoplastic and formatex).
Features include foot pedal operation and four individual program cycles. Two cycles permit fully automatic operation with user defined press time settings. The transfer is automatically placed onto the substrate, the heated top platen is engaged and then releases after a preset time. An alternate program includes a preheat cycle for substrates including nylon, ripstock and vinyl. Also included is a program to allow for precise repositioning of the transfer onto the substrate.
Especially useful for attaching logo transfers to garments, the label feeding arm holds the transfer in place above the garment while the operator can reposition it according to the cross hairs of the included laser light system.
Standard features also include digital time control, independent top and bottom temperature controls and a head safety device. Designed for flexibility , the feed system magazine can be quickly changed to accommodate various sizes of transfers between 1 x 1 inch and 4 x 4 inch.
Custom size dies may be attached to the top plate to precisely regulate the area of the substrate which will be subjected to heat. Additionally, the work table surrounding the bottom platen can be easily removed to accommodate irregular shaped objects such as bags and backpacks.
The A.I.T. 1224PA Automatic Heat Seal Label Press is a pneumatically operated heat press especially suited for the automatic application of roll transfers. Features include foot pedal operation and automatic positioning of transfers by an infra-red photocell.
Standard features also include digital time control, independent top and bottom temperature controls and a head safety device. The 1224PA also includes a low pressure regulation system to allow operation with a minimum of 1.5 PSI when working with sensitive materials including gold, leather and plastic.
Pieces per hour will be dependant on the dwell time for the transfers, and the time needed for the operator to unload and load the garment piece. The video demonstrates the speed of the machine operation.
The operator activates the machine using a foot pedal, and the press cycle time is controlled by a digital timer. At the end of the programmed time, the heated platen is raised and the roll of transfers is automatically indexed to the next transfer.
Includes Three Modes of Operation:
1) Automatic operation as described above.
2) Manual placement of transfers. The operator places a cut transfer manually onto the garment piece, and then activates the press cycle with the foot pedal.
3) Automatic operation, with the option to reposition the garment. The operator activates the machine with the foot pedal to lower the transfer paper just above, but not in contact with, the item receiving the transfer. The operator may then reposition the piece before activating the press cycle.
Designed for flexibility , the feed system can accommodate various sizes of transfers between 3/4' x 3/4' and 9-3/4' x 9-3/4'. Additionally, the bottom platen can easily accommodate irregular shaped objects such as bags and backpacks.
