The new oil heated 7372IJO SPORT rotary heat press has been specifically designed to meet the increasing demand for cut part digital printing. This method is widely used to print sport and team apparel. The new oil heating system guarantees a uniform heat distribution across the width of the drum with a minimum of energy cunsumtion. This system uses 50 % less energy than electrically heated presses. The 8" (20 cm) diameter drum is suitable in production speed for digital printing.
The 7372IJO SPORT has 3 different options of operation:
The transfer paper is placed design side up on the table and feeds continuously into the machine. The pre-cut parts are placed on the design and registered with maximum ease. The spent print paper and the printed parts exit under the feed table.
The transfer paper is fed continuously into the machine and cut fabric parts are placed on to the design areas. In this case the used transfer paper is re-rolled continuously under the feed table and the printed parts are released on to the slide tray.
Continuous printing roll-to-roll on both print paper and fabric.
The top feeding hot oil calender system will eliminate seconds caused from fabric shrinking or paper movement and increase production, saving money and energy costs. High production, quality printing and our service after the sale give you the best of reasons to invest in AIT for all of your needs in digital sublimation printing.

The 7616 has been sold for over two decades for the continuous printing of narrow web fabrics from shoe laces to seat belts. The transport belt on the machine is 16'' wide. The machine comes with 5 lanes for the substrate/transfer paper. The transfer paper for high production sublimation printing has traditionally been produced on ''flexo-graphic'' printing presses. In recent years, digital ink jet printers have made short run and customized printing a reality. The 7616 is designed to operate equally as well with either process. The new oil heated drum system allows high production speeds with minimum fluctuation of temperature across the width.
Features:
13" (35 cm) printing area
Oil heated drum with digital heat control
Unwind discs & guides for narrow web transfer paper
Unwind and rewind system for blotting tissue to control dye contamination
Unwind and rewind for full width transfer paper
Easy On/Off Belt removal
Low maintenance- 1 hour belt change procedure
Alarm signal, if temperature varies above or below set point
Digital speed indicator
Automatic cool-down timer
Belt width: 41cm (16")
Machine Dimension: 126 x 113 x 155 cm (49" x 44" x 61")
Production Speed: 4.3 m/m (14fpm) @ a 20 second dwell time (typical "flexo" speed) 2 m/m (7 fpm) @ a 40 second dwell time (typical "digital" speed)
