The HIX 32 Inch Washout Booth is the original UPS-shippable washout booth. Full size and made of 1/4-inch, semi-transparent natural polypropylene, it is strong, durable and built to give you years of service. The HIX 36 Inch Washout booth is the big brother of the 32 Inch Washout Booth, and employs the same innovative multi-part system that allows them both to be disassembled and shipped via UPS ground in one box. With an extra four inches in width and five inches in height, and provides additional room for standard 23 x 31 inch screens. And like the 32 Inch Booth, the 36 Inch Booth is made of durable, chemically resistant 1/4-inch natural poly and features built-in screen supports and a perforated drain. The HIX Washout Booth is an excellent addition to any clean-room. And because it is semi-transparent, backlighting can be added by the customer if so desired.

The TT180 is a great fit for small shops that perform spot color printing where detail is not a major concern. Depending on the sensitivity of the emulsion you use, you can still get fast exposures with the bar lighting system consisting of six high output actinic UV lamps. Light scatter has always been an issue with bar lighting systems, but the deep draw blanket powered by a 115 Volt vacuum pump holds art and screen so tight that any undercutting by light is held to a bare minimum. The digital timer and auto-shut off are standard on this unit which will hold screens up 25” x 31.” Light and compact, this unit can be moved easily in any dynamic work situation.

The Halux 1200 is HIX's answer to the needs of the modern production shop. The HIX screen dryer filters heated air at a rate of 100 cfm with a unique air knife system that provides even air to every screen. The HIX E-2255 dryer is for screen printers who are just starting up or are on a tight budget. This compact dryer is built with the HIX standard for quality and reliability and provides all of the basic needs to cure plastisol inks. The E-2255 comes standard with digital temperature controls and boasts a large 22" opening for large garment curing. This dryer is not recommended for high moisture/water-based inks. The HIX E-2255 conveyor dryer utilizes infra-red heat panels to cure with less risk of scorching than coral tube systems.
