The upper platen actually hovers over the garment to ensure a stronger bond and brighter colors between the ink and the garment. Since there is no need for direct contact on the garment/graphic with this breakthrough technology, you never have to worry about messy direct-to-garment ink residue on your platen or Teflon® cover sheet again.
Two Modes - The first setting is for off contact and the second is for pressure. In both settings, once the cycle has ended, the press automatically pops up ensuring that the shirt will not be scorched or burned even if the operator is not standing by the machine.
Three Settings - The Hotronix® Hover Press™ can be set in three combinations. In addition to hover and pressure settings, it also can be set to hover on the first and second settings or apply pressure on both settings.

Designed to increase throughput for faster production, the Air Fusion™ is equipped with a patented auto adjust pressure feature, which makes switching between garments of different thicknesses a breeze. A fully threadable platen allows the user to print on both the front and back of a shirt simply by rotating the garment without removing it from the platen. The Swingman 25D Twin heat press is work horse with its heavy duty swing away heat press features and innovative dual lower platen system which is interchangeable with smaller or custom lower platen systems. Allowing the operator to prepare the next product/print while the other station is transferring the image. With a 20" x 25" straight up and down heat platen, this machine has been designed to apply transfer to tiles, plaques, mouse pads, shirts, etc, in any volume!
The over center lock down handle provides easy clamping. The rear mount pressure adjustment is capable of producing more downward force than any other standard 20"x25" manual heat press. HIX introduces the HOSS, a revolutionary new High Output Super Shuttle heat transfer machine.
On a 6 second transfer time, it can produce up to 720 finished shirts per hour* with two people operating.
The HOSS is fully automatic, all the operator(s) need to do is load the shirt/transfer on the pallet to the right, it cycles automatically.
Then load a shirt/transfer on the left pallet, it cycles automatically and the right pallet returns. Peel the transfer.
Repeat the process again. Now you can get the kind of production that will make you some real money!
