Shipping & Time Frames
Orders ship M-F (only) & typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 Noon, M-F (Eastern Time) will typically ship the following business day. If you need something faster please do not hesitate to give us a call (888-431-7385) and we will try our best to make it happen!
For orders that ship via Overnight Standard, Priority or 2 & 3 Day Air, these will be delivered on business days only.
If you need Saturday Delivery please call us 888-431-7385.
Not all areas are available for Saturday deliveries.
Sunday deliveries are not available.
If you're located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada submit your order and we will contact you with the correct shipping cost if it is going to be higher than shown.
Shipments made to an address other than the credit card statement address may delay your order. Further information may be required.
Deadline sensitive orders - This web site calculates heat presses via ground only.

Remember, shippers do not count Weekends or Holidays as shipping days.
Be advised some items (ie: heat presses, such as DK20S, SP & others) are too heavy for UPS & FedEx to ship. These are shipped via truck line. Trucking company is only responsible to bring shipment to curb side address. You are responsible to unload and bring to inside location. Please make necessary arrangements.
Return & Exchange Policy - U.S. Customers/Shipments
We are most interested in making sure that you purchase the right items for your needs.

In order to keep our pricing as low as possible we do have to maintain a common sense return policy.
1) All equipment sales (ie: Heat presses, vinyl cutters, engravers, printers, etc) are final except if upgrading a heat press on our Upgrade Program. See line #11 below
2) No returns will be accepted without receiving a RMA# authorization from us prior to sending back the item.
3) Shipping charges are not refundable.
3a) In the event we have to replace damaged or missing items it will be shipped via Ground Service. Express Shipping if desired will be quoted.
4) Inks, Ink feed systems, Software, Training Materials & Videos are not returnable, all sales are final.
5) Unless specified elsewhere we do not accept returns after 15 days from invoice date.
6) Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted after that period.
7) For items being returned for reasons other than defective merchandise (BESTBLANKS in its sole discretion will
determine if merchandise is considered defective) there is a 25% or $25.00 restocking charge, whichever is greater.
8) For Orders being canceled (before we pack it) there is a cancellation charge of $25.00.
9) Customer is responsible for the shipping costs when shipping item(s) back to BESTBLANKS. Customer must choose a shipper
capable of providing proof of delivery. Customer is responsible for properly packing and fully insuring item(s) being returned.
10) BESTBLANKS in its sole discretion will determine if a Refund or Credit against future purchase will be given.
11) Heat Press - Upgrade Program
You must make a purchase of a larger (more expensive) heat press prior to being eligible for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
A RMA# is required prior to returning the Heat press machine. Sending us any items without a RMA# will result in BESTBLANKS refusing the shipment and you will be responsible for all shipping costs in both directions. We only accept heat press machines that are in proper working order and that you have purchased from us.
This upgrade program is available for a period up to six months from the invoice date/time of purchase. The heat press you are returning must be packed back in the original packaging/box and must include all manuals, etc. that came with the heat press. If the heat press arrives with excess stains or damage BESTBLANKS will require customer to pay for all repairs. Customer is responsible for the Heat Press arriving in clean un-damaged condition. Please call us for complete program details.

Return & Exchange Policy - OUTSIDE THE U.S. Customers/Shipments
1) We offer all the information (upfront) on all the products we sell on our web site.
2) You are responsible for the selection of the appropriate items for your needs.
3) Therefore, all sales are final.
4) We do not except returns or exchanges on international orders.
5) If there is a warranty issue with a heat press or other equipment you must contact the manufacturer for warranty service. We are glad to assist if needed.

Supplies & Software
BESTBLANKS supplies/software are guaranteed to be free of defects. BESTBLANKS will replace supplies/software at our expense upon the return of the defective items from customer. Items must be returned within 15 days of invoice date. Exchange is for same item only. Customer is responsible for making sure their computer has a compatible operating system with that of the software that we sell.
All Equipment (ie: Printers, Heat Presses, etc)
If a product arrives in a non-functional state or has a broken or non-working part or is defective, then that product's warranty applies as specified by its manufacturer. BESTBLANKS will assist the customer if need be in contacting the manufacturer for service or an exchange.
Misc.
Any checks that are returned to us for insufficient funds will accessed an additional $25.00 service fee.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All trade names and trademarks are the properties of their respective owners.
BESTBLANKS (herein referred to as “the seller”) maximum obligation shall be to replace any product that has been proven defective.
Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, direct or consequential, arising out of, or the inability to use
the products offered by the seller. Additionally, the seller disclaims the merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Manufacturer warranty (if any) applies; BESTBLANKS does not guarantee product compatibility. Heat press equipment and/or accessories for same are under warrantee provided by manufacturer of heat presses.
Privacy Statement
The information that you provide to BESTBLANKS is for internal use. It is not given, rented or sold to other parties.
